Haripriye’s journey in 2020 was both a challenge and a privilege. It was about not just carrying on my family's legacy but also about shaping the brand for the future, keeping in mind its core values of purity and quality.

My journey has been about blending traditional practices with modern techniques, all while nurturing our cows and delivering fresh organic ghee to the market— that embodies a story we deeply connect with.

Our 7-Step Process to Craft Pure A2 Gir Cow Ghee

1.Certified Milk from Pasture-Raised Gir Cows.

We obtain milk from desi A-2 Gir cows that are entirely grass-fed, guaranteeing superior quality and nutritional value.

2. Gently Milked, Happy Cows

With a lot of care and comfort, our Gir cows are hand-milked to make top-quality A2 Ghee.

3. Milk Set for Curd

We use our traditional method to extract ghee to retain its purity and flavour.

4. Chandan Bilona Churning

The whole milk is prepared for curd production, preserving the benefits of solid non-fat (SNF) content while retaining the richness of ghee.

5. Slow Boiling in Earthen Pots

The milk is boiled in an earthen pot over a low flame to retain its natural flavour and goodness.

6. Packaged in Glass

We pack our ghee in glass so it stays pure and untouched, assuring prolonged quality and taste.

7. Traditional Organic A-2 Ghee

This is 100% organic authentic A2 Gir cow ghee full of naturally good nutrients without the presence of any additives or preservatives.
