Refund policy

 

  • Customers must request a refund or exchange within 3-5 days of product delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed within one week.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method within a week.
  • The exchanged product will be delivered to the customer within 3-5 working days.

In case of Damaged product

 

    • If a product is damaged, Hari Priye Agri Products LLP must be contacted within three days of the delivery date by email at haripriyeagriproducts@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9820098287.
    • Send the order number, an invoice image, a picture of the outside box, two clear pictures of the damaged product, and a video of the opening box by email or WhatsApp.
    • We will work with you to provide a cooperative solution, and we will be pleased to resend and replace the product(s) as soon as possible.
    • Emails will be answered in a timeframe of 24 to 48 hours, and after that, complete support will be given.

 

In case of Missing product

 

    • Refunds will be processed within one week
    • The exchanged product will be delivered to the customer within 3-5 working days
    • If a product is missing, Hari Priye Agri Products LLP must be contacted via email at haripriyeagriproducts@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +91 9820098287 within three days of the delivery date.
    • Share the following information via email or WhatsApp: order number, invoice image, one outer box image, opening box video.
    • Requests for refunds will not be accepted. However, we will be pleased to swiftly resend the lost item.
    • Emails will be answered within 24 to 48 hours, and after that, you will receive complete support.
    • Product replacements will be made following a thorough inquiry, and we assure a just resolution at all times.

 

In case of spoiled product


    • Hari Priye Agri Products LLP needs to be notified of spoilage of product within 10 days from delivery date via email to haripriyeagriproducts@gmail.com
    • Include the product's order number, packaging date, and any clear photos or videos in the email.
    • Due to variations in flavor, texture, color, or scent, we are unable to accept returns. This is because we usually make our items by hand and they are entirely natural, therefore no two batches will be the same.
    • We will maintain the highest level of nutritional content while making no compromises in the natural production method or the usage of the best, natural ingredients.
    • We will cooperate with you to find a workable solution.
